Are you a cat person or dog person?
Probably a dog person. They just make me happier. I’m always terrified a cat is going to scratch my eyes out.

hopes for the future?
I really just want to love whatever it is I end up doing with my life. I want to wake up every morning and feel like I’m doing something worthwhile.
What makes you happiest?
Spending time with family and friends. Hearing the perfect set of harmonies in a really good song. Seeing someone I love succeed. Old, cheesy love songs.
Do you procrastinate?
All the time.
I’d like to work on that, but I haven’t yet found the motivation to do so. How ironic.
What do you want to study in college?
I know that I want to take the required pre-med courses, but other than that I have no idea. I think it’d be fun to study international relations. At Georgetown there’s an awesome major - International Health - that I’m insanely in love with. But I’m planning on going into college with an open mind, taking a bunch of different courses, and seeing what happens from there.
What is your most treasured possession?
That’s tough. And this is going to sound lame, but probably my iPhone. It is legitimately the best way for me to keep in contact with the people I know and it curbs my boredom. Always. I also have my favorite books, music, and movies on it. So it’s like a lot of things I love all at the same time.
What’s your favorite book of all time? (The Twilight series doesn’t count =P)
Wow that’s a tough one. And don’t worry, I was never thinking about choosing Twilight.
I have a lot of favorite books, depending on my mood. I love reading Pride and Prejudice when I’m feeling extra girly. My Antonia is good for when I’m frustrated by city life. And the Harry Potter series is my go-to series when I’m feel like chillig out. Oh, and my guilty pleasure is Tudor-era England historical fiction.
What is your definition of love?
Baby don’t hurt me, don’t hurt me. No more.
Actually that’s pretty accurate. But seriously, I think that love is the hardest thing in the world to define. My best shot?
It’s caring about someone so much that their happiness is tantamount to your own. It’s appreciating both the good and bad about a person. It’s being excited for someone else no matter what’s going on in your own life. It’s learning that sometimes it’s always about you, but understanding that sometimes it should be. Love is a give and take.
